Well, now that we know a little more history I think I am ready to see what Poncho brought me back from his vacation. I hope it isn’t a lame T-shirt from Trader Vic’s.
I think this series was really good for kids who might have read the cartoons for their parents as part of their reading practice and then the parents would have said: “now let’s look up the human behind that very accomplished dog…”
Plus, for people who cut out some strips to pin on their fridge, that series was perfect… When my grandchildren come over they head there first just to see what Grandma thought was funny this week…It’s a great starting point for a conversation….

So was this strip the whole entire week with the historical lies. Thank God this diabolical has come to a close.

I’m not even reading these! Doesn’t Poncho have something he can mooch? How about that little pink poodle? Can’t we laugh at him?
Sheesh!

Albert Einstein came up with the theory of relativity at the age of 26. He did yet have gray hair.

I’ll try back again next week. Not that I really enjoy Ponch messing up the lives of humans, but it’s slightly less boring…

I love these, too. And this one is so funny and clever. I love the homework line.
