is there any food (the healthy kind, not junk) the boy does like to eat?
Tony asked, about 4 hours ago
Like wings?
Animal or building?
Seriously: Properly prepared, yes. But chicken wings are ridiculously overpriced. And I’d really like to see the buffaloes where some wings are supposed to come from.
My mother used to love chicken wings. I tried one once and thought there was nothing there except bones and never had another since.
I douse fresh wings with hot sauce, dust them with baking powder and air fry them.
Wings are alright. Kind of like pork ribs though. A lot of work for not much meat.
I thought sure the question would be “Bone in or bone out?” I guess Tony decided to play it safe.
Boneless.‘Course they’re not really wings but I like them.
Never have understood the love for wings… just like ribs, there is far too much expense and work for far too little return.
Our local Chinese markets always sell chicken wings at reasonable prices.
