Following the logic started here, the natural enemy of frogs are snakes, I think. Maybe fish? Either way the natural cure could get real complicated real fast. Bring it on!

Just introduce frog’s natural enemy!

I doubt a frog would eat a flea. The real trick to getting rid of fleas in a house is to desiccate them while they are off the dogs. They spend a majority of time in the furniture and carpets and only stay on the dog for a quick snack. I use borax which dries out the eggs and sucks the liquids out of the fleas. DE is also a possibility. If you don’t have rug rats, put it down then vacuum it up after half a day or more.
