I mentioned on another strip, we have a 3rd-floor covered terrace. We use it for exercising, barbeques, doing laundry, growing flowering plants, and just sitting and relaxing in the fresh air.
One of the big pluses that has come out of this isolation-in-place is a tremendous reduction in city noise and pollution. It has become a joy at night to sit up there, look at the stars, enjoy the tranquility and talk to each other!

Kids in particular are calling abuse hotlines at twice the rate of before the Pandemic.
