Precipitation/rain? Semantics

It means there are going to be lots of muddy puddles when it stops Louie!

Kinda funny that there’s always precipitation when there’s rain.

Is it just me or is Louie a little dense? Raymond comes across as sharp as as tack, sensible, mature. But Louie is a bit, um—slow? I love Louie but gee sometimes I wonder! :-)

Careful there Louie. We’ll have to start calling you Satchel.

Yup, and Louie, not only will there be all this rain today, but there will be heavy rain for the rest of the afternoon!

One of the stock MC jokes at the Cheyenne Old Fashioned Melodrama is “This is an audience precipitation event.” When I’m there, I shout back, “Good! We need the rain!”
