Both today’s C&H AND today’s P&HU feature little dialogue, bonding between the leads, and rain.
Coincidence?
Some of us don’t need words to enjoy the rain. If anything, we need rain.
The rain can wait as long as it takes. Or until it runs out of cloud. Whichever comes first.
A faint clap of thunder / Clouded skies / Perhaps rain will come / If so, will you stay here with me? – The Garden of Words
Can a poem about a unicorn be considered doggerel?
lo and behold, there’ll be rain here in Clark County, Washington throughout next week (wish I were indoors therefrom then, but I’d still have to work at the grocery store gathering carts and the like)
But I set fire to the rain
Watched it pour as I touched your face
Well, it burned while I cried
’Cause I heard it screaming out your name
In today’s case, rain = virus. So rain rain, go away and stay away, oh-kay?
It’s raining in my area right now XD
Good atitude, Phoebe.
Awwwww♡♡♡ So sweet ♡♡♡♡♡.
Love this poem!
PNW, no doubt! :D
I love the rain! But some side effects like lightning, hail, tornadoes, strong winds, not so much.
At Phoebe’s age, I didn’t relate to kids who hated rainy days. Sure, being out in the rain sucked, but I had an excuse to stay indoors!
How times changed for me.
As long as it’s not a WET unicorn.
I haven’t really read this comic before. Could someone tell me if the unicorn is real or just inside her head you know like Hobbes is to Calvin.
Living in Australia where droughts are common, anyone wishing the rain away is nutter butters! Except Queenslanders. They are nutter butters! :P
At least she won’t be bored, not as long as Mari’s around. :)
