Where did he get the shoulder to put into the holster? It doesn’t appear to be his own shoulder cause both hands are still showing from under the cuffs.

Yeah. Tuck it in. When I’m at HQ, you can’t tell who’s carrying. Although for me, it’s only a shoulder bag.
