And someone please explain why Republicans are for getting and spreading the virus by not wearing masks. I really don’t understand, is it a death cult now? At least the mask thing (and their party’s response to covid) has turned some away from that party.
I don’t remember riots about the no shirt/shoes thing. Those were mostly to protect folks from really uncomfortable physical encounters. So, what’s the big deal about wearing masks? They aren’t just about appearances. They help prolong lives, which, according to my thinking, ain’t such a bad thing.

I’ve heard the testimony from the so-called, Trump-hating experts that if you are sick, you’ve been sick and infecting people for days. That’s fake news. Trump doesn’t care about lies like that. He’s safe, because he gets tested every day. Getting tested keeps you from getting the disease.
I am NOT responsible for people getting sick. It’s not my fault. I am only following orders. It’s the Chinese that are infecting other people, not me.
Besides, I probably won’t die. I think I’ll go over grandma’s house and give her a big hug right now.

I was ripped a new one by several of the regulars here back in March when I said we should be wearing masks. I was told that masks don’t help and got several links from the news media to prove it! One of them told me masks would create more harm than good. Now, those same folks are crucifying the anti-mask crowd. My, my, my.
