Dragging your feet while riding a bike should work as well as a lawnmower but take longer.
“Shrink like hope in the world” is a powerful phrase. I’m not sure how much shrinkage she has left in her.

My baby brother had massive feet when we were kids, but he grew into them, and they are now proportional (and he’s 6’3", 270#).
