Is Marcie being serious or sarcastic ?
Just remove a “best” from “The Best of the Best” to " the best".
Dana is relating to her childhood where Mom went berserk with enthusiasm on finding the best experiences for her daughter, like buying a jet.
NOW she’s being helpful.
Money doesn’t buy happiness but you can buy a comfortable life.
Do they specialize in drugs, crime, or both?
That’s kind of selfish if the camp is a good fit for your adopted son.
Are you also being careful that you’re not turning him into you, Dana?
It must be awful.
I guess Dana means that they have to be careful to not just expose him to “the best of the best” , that he needs to meet all kinds of kids. But it sure reads as the opposite.
I still recommend Boy Scouts or Outward Bound School.
now that’s a hard line, you don’t want to raise your kid to be spoiled and entitled, but you also don’t want to be cheap
I ask for the eleventy billionth time: We’re supposed to like Dana, right?
How expensive can it be, if a cop and a nurse can make it work?
