Just remove a “best” from “The Best of the Best” to " the best".

Dana is relating to her childhood where Mom went berserk with enthusiasm on finding the best experiences for her daughter, like buying a jet.

NOW she’s being helpful.

Money doesn’t buy happiness but you can buy a comfortable life.

I guess Dana means that they have to be careful to not just expose him to “the best of the best” , that he needs to meet all kinds of kids. But it sure reads as the opposite.

I still recommend Boy Scouts or Outward Bound School.

now that’s a hard line, you don’t want to raise your kid to be spoiled and entitled, but you also don’t want to be cheap
