I thought we got rid of jello boy after he shot Tess. Armed assault while committing extortion should have been a few years hard time without bail. Or was he still pending trial, so only in the city lock up?

Right now, āShakyā is just enjoying life as a Free Man wearing a tuxedo. Once he meets Fortuna, she may let us in on what it is she conniving about. Intentionally or not, his mere presence should get her to open up a bit moreā¦.
