    Ah, the good olde days! The days when our worst fear was just cancer and we had a good government that would drag the bad guys before the highest level of government to be grilled. Today, Trump would say that cancer barons are good people being treated poorly.

    The shame is on the federal government. Tobacco is the most deadly drug, but is unconstitutionally exempt by name from the Controlled Substances Act (CSA). We need the Equal Protection of the Law guaranteed by Amendment XIV; either tobacco/nicotine is classified & regulated as the schedule I controlled substance it is by definition in the CSA, or the CSA must be repealed & the DEA abolished!
