My neighbours have just discovered that their 15 years old little darling, who always had good grades, was not the angel they thought and that her teachers had every right to complain about her attitude. Now that school is at home she acts towards her parents like she did with her teachers. That was an eye opener to them. They swore never to complain about the complaints and dismiss them anymore.
Not to mention the never-ending cr*p about how our educational system is SO bad because the kids can’t rattle off any stuff their parents think is important . . .
Little Johnny acts up in class because he is bored. It is the teachers fault that she doesn’t engage him, Wonder how bored he is with home schooling? I bet a lot of parents have been eating their words!
I still on principle support school choice. That said, those who still wish too keep their kids in public schools, and those who would be able to go a different way, ought to truly support the teachers.

A US Today survey found that 1-5 teachers have said that they do not plan to return to the classroom.
