Can Miles school Kevin now?
I remember Miss Pickerell. Nice old lady and star of a kid’s sci-fi book series.
I think Kevin learnt the difference on the night of his “boombox serenade”!
Let it be revealed here and now that I had a big crush on my Grade 5 teacher, Miss Martin. Thank goodness for non de plumes.
It’s always safe to go with “Ms.”
For the most part, women teachers, no matter what their status, were still referred to as Miss (which sounds very similar to Ms) in our high school where I taught recently!
i wanted to know what happened when Miles parents got Kevin when he was serenading Miles’ mom. i thought that was going to be the comic today.
My second grade teacher was Mrs. Burgess, and so did I.
Aw, actually a really sweet and sensible way to handle that.
Harriet Shourd, my 7th grade teacher in 1957… and Miss Brickner, who was built like…
