Apparently, helping Mother Nature’s Cycle includes feeding the bear one very large nut.

If he’s so dumb as to do that he should get what’s coming.

So that’s why bears are so mean. The are forced awake before they want to be awake for the season. Much like my sisters (have four of them) where when I was way younger and would wake them up early on Saturdays. Good thing I was a runner in my youth - my sisters could never catch me.
