It’s good to see Elizabeth happy and we all know the reason why. Time to call over her friend Dawn.

Wrong! Gloating over the sibling is so much better than sharing. Until you get to be older adults. Then all that changes.

Unfortunately being an only child I never got to experience the highs and lows of sibling-hood. :/

That’s the function of the dog.

What, the dog isn’t “someone”? My cat would be angry if I said he wasn’t someone to me!

Share it with someone who will let you have the best cushion and the channel changer.

I suppose it’s true. We don’t really appreciate what we have until its gone. However, sometimes we really don’t appreciate the knuckle head we’re stuck with every day either.

Love dog’s expression in the second panel. Pure contentment of being with their people.

How many people here think pronouncing ‘and’ without the d at the end is stoopid?

The “rec room” is a thing of the past in real estate speak.

my husband passed away 14 yrs ago and i would rather have him here by my side than be here alone, having everything to myself.

Watch John and Elly say “Now that Michael is gone you have to do twice as many chores” and seeing if Elizabeth is as giddy as before.

Being alone is a small price to pay to avoid the chaos and artifice of friendships.

Everyone needs a vacation from family members! It sometimes makes you appreciate them more. :P

“Channel Changer”…. LOL. These days, both those kids would have their own laptop computers, ipads and phones…. and they’d both be holed up their rooms the whole time.
