Have you noticed that since the World Wide Quarantine most grocery stores have given up on selling individual donuts… giving out samples… and deli soups are almost completely scrapped and sold by the big bags for about $12 ??? One of these bags would get me and my spouse a month to eat!!!

Mother in law was gone for a week, so she made pot roast for them. By the end of the week, the two men swore that the pot roast grew back to what it was the day before as it never was finished and they swore off of pot roast thereafter.

I had a friend from Pakistan and a bachelor who kept a pot on the stove for I do not know how long. Chicken and potatoes and spices added each day. It was always excellent.

I love watching how Muffin and Roscoe respond to the action in the strip. Almost as much fun as watching the pictures on the wall in Bringing Up Father.

Is this a rerun? Something about today’s strip seems familiar. It’s as though I’ve read it before…
