In Army Basic Training, that position (arms & legs up) was called the Dying Cockroach position, and you had to hold it until the DI said so!!
Unless that sea monster wants Nate and the rest hot on his trail with red vengeance in their hearts, he’d best just keep on thinking and not doing.
At least the sea monsters found use of one piece of our plastic garbage!!
I object, this isn’t realistic at all.
if a Frisbee was thrown within 200 feet of Louie, he’d catch it. Even if he had to wake up to do it!
Those creatures must play some monster Frisbee.
“Bad ending”? Sure; Nate is never far away.
You always know when Chip’s been hitting the psychedelics…
This is one of my favorite strips. But, I have to ask: In the first panel, what is the monster’s left foot standing on? (Coming tomorrow: Why are there no lookouts on duty at night?) OK, I’m going to stop, now.
Good morning, Crew!
Louie, you missed the frisbee!!
Whew! Close one for Louie. Maybe the ship should have some kind of surveillance system, as others have mentioned …
Happy Sunday, Crew.
Chip throwing out a little tease about Louie. Not going to happen.
John Wolfe would freak out over the two period ellipses.
