What’s with the single-color panels? I see them in Archie and Scary Gary, too. Seems kind of lazy. Just make it black and white and save a half-hearted step.

Maybe Andy should wait until after Chalkie has bought him a few beers before he insults him.

Nicholas “Nicho” Lowry, an Appraiser on Antique Road Show in the States wears suits like that. Googled his name to see pictures.

It’s expensive to “go trendy” as trends change almost daily. That’s a lot of new clothes to buy. Andy can kiss his cadged beer from Chalky goodbye!

I have, in my misspent youth, worn tartan trousers on occasion, but you wouldn’t catch me dead in a checkered suit or jacket!

I love clouds. Especially big, fat fluffy ones. I remember a comic strip on here (Pearls Before Swine I believe) made a tribute to Charles Schluz by having the characters lying on top of a hill watching the clouds. It was rather beautiful.

You have my permission to save my avatars on your computer. I don’t mind. After all you have my childhood photo of when I was a real “Number Three” saved.

I will need to go into town again soon to get my Mum a birthday card and then I might have a walk along to the beach.
