Uh, Instructor… I’m having a problem with “Slug Pose”.. little help?

Slug pose is the only one I mastered.

For the more advanced group there’s ‘blob’, ‘turd’, and ‘Baby Ruth’ poses.

Exercise for slugs is dangerous, sweat can contain salt.

This is moving a little too fast for me.

Now I know yoga!!!

They’re all feeling a bit sluggish.
