If Nate taught Francis how to develop an accurate sense of smell, that went way too well..

If you don’t make many mistakes, the eraser on the end of your pencil should suffice.

these kinds of big nate comics are frustrating

I always like seeing used ideas with a better drawing style, it lets me see how much Big Nate has evolved since then!

Sometimes he gets some of the eraser dust in his nose.

Sometimes I look at some of these weird comments and I just wonder what was going on inside the heads of the people who make them. But that’s a road I don’t want to go down.

The sad irony of this scenario is….Francis comes prepared for the school lesson du jour, and likely erases things he’s committed to paper little if at all, unlike Nate, who (especially during those BIG tests where he discovers a tad late that his mind’s a blank for the duration…) erases often and “like mad” and maybe could profit from buying some stock in companies like Eberhard-Faber and other makers of fine erasers…….
