Wondering how many of us are scratching an itch while reading this. My chin is itching right now, and I refuse to scratch it. Take that Scott Meyer! Ok, now my scalp, Grrr! (scratch, scratch).
If scientists discovered a cure for itching, then they wouldn’t be able to get research grants to study itching. You don’t want to find a cure, you just want to be able to say “We’re making progress — maybe with just a couple more multi-million dollar grants we’ll find a cure.”

“Wouldn’t their time be better spent finding ways to make more food?” If scientists had Rick’s priorities, nothing else would ever get done.

“Itch-boarded” – I’m sure that’s in the Geneva convention somewhere …
