His arms are as skinny as yours, Monty. Have her give him a piece of your mind. (heh heh.
Actually I’m old enough to have visited several drive-ins. I seem to recall that tall vehicles and 4×4s had to park in the rear rows at most if not all of the places.
My experience with a couple of different drive ins nearish me is that they reserve the front couple of rows for small cars only and make people in taller vehicles park further back.
Here in Houston, there used to be a drive-in theater just where alt-90 turned more south-west towards Sugarland that in the 1980’s began showing XXX films. Just as you were making the curve going south, the screen came fully into view.
I can’t tell you how many accidents happened in that area.

Dont think I ever watched a whole movie at a drive in
Either I was on a date or I was there with kids, both are distracting for entirely different reasons

Monty spoke too soon. Those high-riders should be relegated to the rear!

Maybe now we can get rid of daylight savings time. Drive ins would be popular again.

They have opened some drive in theaters around here because of COVID-19 – so people can enjoy a night at the movies without sitting in a theater.

It’s now a high-end RV park.
