You realize that this is stereotypical and NOT funny. One does NOT make fun of handicapping conditions! Poor taste! And yes, they do have picture day at schools for the blind. Some students are low vision, and why shouldn’t all their parents have school pictures?

Funny on one level, but forgetting that most of their family probably can see just fine.

Some parents bring their children to school. It certainly doesn’t hurt if they give them a quick comb-over.
