Age is only a number. Sometimes it’s a really BIG number.

Well Caulfield, I think that it’s somewhere in the Laws of Nature that basements don’t have to be tidy.

Don’t you dare pick on Jeff for aging! There’s a saying, found on a tombstone, that’s pretty appropriate for youth vs age; “As you are now, so once was I. As I am now, so you shall be.” And besides that, kids have a funny idea of what makes people old; heard of a kindergardner who thought his big sister was gonna die soon, because she was 21 and that was REALLY OLD!!!

I remember being eight and only remembering the last three or so. It made a year to be a BIG part of my life. Now, not so much.

LOL! Everyday my body says I’m older than my mind says I am. The truth is somewhere in the middle.

@LadyPeterW: Who’s picking?! I’m 27 years older than Mallett. And the phrase feeling one’s years only suggests one has begun to look back and to find significance in one’s experiences. It definitely is not a knock about his age.

I have a plant that I was given in 1992. I gave some cuttings to a coworker who remarked the plant was older than she was.
