Love this strip. Wallace won’t do anything half way.

There is a whole weeks worth of strips that took place between the 2nd & 3rd panels! He’s great.

If only the butterfly had fluttered towards school..!

How old are these kids supposed to be? Wallace, Spud and Amelia are in the same class, so does it ever say what grade? And obviously Sterling The Feral is younger, but how much younger?

Not condoning skipping school but I think he will remember that nature romp for the rest of his life!

Don’t sweat it. Life beats school every time.

Probably learned more coping skills for future use than what he would have learned the entire school day.

Do I want to know where he and the butterfly went? Does his mother want to know? Will his teacher want to know? Will his mates want to know? Will he want to know after his mother finishes discussing it?

I think this story could be a month long worth of comic strips.

Get Wallace a pocket field microscope and watch him sampling the countryside for the wee beasties!

And Sterling is thinking, “Did you catch me anything for lunch?”

But he had an adventure that he will remember forever……
