And how about all the times he said don’t wear masks? No masks at OUR WH when he used it illegally. And when he says there are very nice people on both sides. We could go on and on.

NEWSFLASH: closure orders are issued against BUSINESSES, not CLIENTS.

There are different rules in different states and different cities within states affecting different businesses differently, depending on how essential they are, how risky their exposures are and to what extent mitigation is possible.

Clients and customers can’t keep track of all that.

It is up to each BUSINESS to know what rules apply to their business, in their jurisdiction and with the level of mitigation they have been able to implement.

Customers are allowed to rely on the businesses (some are open fully with safeguards, some are closed completely, and some are in between). It is up to each BUSINESS to know which rules apply just for their business and then comply with them.

Sure, Pelosi should have known better, but the fact is that California state law allows in-person indoor salon services with safety measures (which were in place). It is the city of San Francisco that has a CITY restriction that Pelosi was unaware of. Sure, she should have been, but she wasn’t.

If a business is open, or is open with conditions, the customer is not in violation if the customer relies on the assurances of the business. In this case, the business owner assured Pelosi, when she inquired, that it was legal WITH SAFEGUARDS, in this case, one customer in at a time.

And yes, IT WAS A SET-UP TO EMBARRASS PELOSI.

Why else would a routine security video be released to the public, when there was no security breach, no break-in, not even a violation BY THE CLIENT — the only violation was by the business in FALSELY assuring Pelosi that everything was kosher when she inquired, when the owner knew darn well it was not..

The fact that the owner specifically stated that Pelosi proved it is safe; i.e., the owner was trying to make a political point.

While the optics of Pelosi getting her hair done is bad, whose responsibility is it to inform her (or whoever set up the appointment) that the business wasn’t open for that due to COVID? It seems to me that the shop owner/hairdresser is responsible for their shop and Pelosi was just the customer. It doesn’t matter if it was Pelosi or someone else calling to get an appointment. The hairdresser is the one who made the appointment.

He makes fun of disabled people, pays for sex, cheats on all three wives, walks in on teenage girls dressing, Hatch Act violations, campaign finance fraud, ripping off children cancer patients, ripping off veterans, says “Take the guns first, go through due process second”, says nothing about Russian interference, says nothing about bounties on our soldiers. calls a POW a loser, allegedly rapes a thirteen year old, incourages violence, racist dog whistles, signs of dementia, etc. All this and his cult still supports him.

It would be safe for one person to go in a salon. That’s still much less dangerous than opening a salon to everyone at the same time, like normal.
