Again, same as yesterday, this is why I always (even as a kid!) thought Sluggo and Nancy were around 12. It would be seriously messed up if someone were dressing their 7 or 8 year olds the way that girl is dressed, even back in those days. As drawn, she seems to be wearing makeup. Kind of creepy, if you ask me.

Sluggo appears in the final panel as so thrilled, his bruised butt hasn’t gotten through to his dazed mind.
This is the kind of stuff that can be done in a comic strip. Did Sluggo land on a tumbling mat?
We just don’t observe this kind of thing happening all over the place, unless tumbling mats are provided to the players.
