Sluggo horsing around with horseshoes again.

I like how over the years, Ernie Bushmiller refused to allow any of his characters to age.

There was an early period when Bushmiller had what appeared to me to be small children as characters, but it also seems that any, perhaps all of those Bushmiller characters evolved into Nancy And Sluggo.

Horseshoes weigh about two and a half pounds each, so throwing that many at once is quite a feat for Sluggo.

It isn’t that way…when you AREN’T trying is when you succeed?

I like it, at least Sluggo is not sitting around whining, he is at least trying…..after he had no luck….now he has “Blind Luck!”

Like in tennis I always hit winning returns on serves that are out of bounds. You know, when the pressure is off.
