    I haven’t learned a thing from my smart phone. Look it up today, forget it today. Look it up again tomorrow. For some reason my brain knows that I can look it up again, so it doesn’t retain it.

    There are a lot of things over the years that I initially learned using my computer or phone that I have continued to used. When asked how did I know that I will often forget I got that online. This includes recipes, repairs, garden techniques, history, etc.

    I don’t have a smart phone, but get a lot of information with my computer when I need it. Just because I don’t remember it later, when I don’t need it, doesn’t mean it’s not useful.
