Yeas ago, while on a business trip for a job I was truly miserable doing, I sat in McCarran International Airport waiting for my return flight back east to begin boarding. Out the airport window, I noticed two of the airline’s flight crew had reached an idle moment and had begun tossing one of the orange plastic cones that go on the flashlights used to guide pilots into and out of the gates. They were having the time of their life spin-bouncing it off the concrete back and forth, each attempting to out toss the other and both laughing like little kids on a playground. It was in that moment I realized I never again wanted to be employed in something where I couldn’t experience joy on a regular basis.
I have acres to mow and my 15 year old grand daughter would mow all day if I let her. She puts on her earbuds and music, hops on and away she goes. Lucky me.

The wife’s outfit is a nice nod to the Legion of Super-Heroes’ Bouncing Boy.

Hmmm… What’s the difference between a T-rex and DJT?
Both have tiny hands.
Both have tiny brains
Both have lots of fans
One has a thick hide, the other… no so much
One is a vicious apex predator, the other more of a scavenger

With a contraption that large to cut the grass, you should be enjoying your palatial grounds.

I typically let my yard grow for 3 weeks in the summer and then mow. I enjoy it. There is a zen to it and I like to puzzle out different way to path.

Our yard when I was growing up was too small for a riding mower, but waaaaay too large for the silent Scott my father insisted on making me use.
