Got my flu shot today. It was drive up. Just stick your arm out of the car window and they stick you in the arm!

Wife Appreciation Day. I guess I don’t get to be appreciated today since I never married. Well, at least I know my cats appreciate me!

Lots of “eating stuff” today!

After 2 days of bright blue skies and temperatures in the low to mid 60’s (I prefer it warmer), we’re supposed to get back up into the 70’s again (yippee!), but the sky is supposed to return to the haze from the wildfires out west. A sad reminder of the devastation that doesn’t get much coverage on the news around here.

Got rain and favorable winds last night. Blissful clean air after 8 days of muck!

Postcards are sooooo much cheaper (and safer) than air travel. I do appreciate how Mr. Harrop “finessed” the whole “cat traveling on someone else’s credit card” conceit.

Very sneaky, Chesney! You got to give him credit, though. For a few days, I actually thought he was traveling around the world. On another note, saw a raven, a finch, and a dragonfly while out walking today. I also heard a Stellar’s jay. My Sister and Brother came over and their dogs played in my yard. Boy, were they rambunctious! They pretty much wore themselves out.
