@Number Three Today’s strip IS funny, our HERO Mr Andrew Capp is my my best friend now for stopping the developer converting his fav pub into apartments because I hate the way that tree 2 srories buildings are being converted to 8 floors + a penthouse with a swimming pool , my avatar is a billboard of a lady lawyer offering her legal services , hiring her would be wise because no man has ever won an argument with a woman , at least I have not :o) how was your day? our Manic Monday should be busier than usual because Connie has to take Bella to the vet again for a check up and because the cat has gnawed some of the sutures , stay safe and thanks for caring pal

@Number Three Bella’s fine , the vets gave her a plastic cone to stop her from gnawing at her sutures.

The cost of development. In my city it is $1.5 million for another 5 stores above existing by-laws. The mayor and city counsel don’t hid it anymore, you need to measure the crane that is put up. The limit is 6 stories but a 12 story crane was erected.

I’m so glad Bella is all right. I hope you can relax a bit now.

I totally agree with not being able to win an argument with a woman. All the more reason why I prefer to hang out with guys. Women can be hard work. I’m in no way an exception, I can be hard work too!

Jackie’s place seems to be too small for ten apartments. (Then again, maybe the developer is targeting skinny people……_)

Frankly, I don’t blame Andy. I hate it when a place I like is closed down to make room for apartments or office space. If that’s progress, to heck with progress!
