I am ashamed to admit that I know this, but “Equestria Girls” has a similar joke about how a unicorn in a human’s body uses a pencil.

How’d she get the pencil in her mouth in the first place?

And yet Phoebe could read it.

Just tried it. Takes a massive amount of control to use traction on a pencil. And surface has to be stable at exact angle. MAR needs to use felt tip until she get gets the mouth painting feel for a pencil. p.s. Wolfie quill is messier but flows much easier than felt tip.

Maybe if she had taped the pencil to her forehead…
