For me, it’s “Hello cooler weather!”

Yea!

Snow is a good roll model for kittens. He always seems to be happy.

Nothing like the first days of fall. Here on the FL Suncoast we just had our first real cool front push through. Mornings are now in the low ’60s and the days about 20 warmer but the big difference is the dewpoint, 55 is real nice compared to 4 months of it between 72 and 80! So I identify with Snow and the gang, though our leaves in this part of FL that actually do turn color (Maple, Cypress, Crepe Myrtle, Sweet Gum and a couple others) does not happen for another 6 to 8 weeks……

My favorite month! Being in Southern California, we still have 2 weeks of weather in the 90s and even 100s, but by the 3rd week or so, Octobers turns cooler and seems just perfect.

Autumn is one of my favorite seasons.

I just hope it rains before Thanksgiving

Finally, for once I know what day it is.

My favorite time of the year! OH what a beautiful morning, Oh what a beautiful day!

As much as I hate to see fall and winter, I love the strip, T. And Winky looks so cute in his sweater!

This is a beautiful picture….like the colors and the sweater on Winky.

Lucky Snow!! I live for October, but like everything else this year, it’s looking very disappointing. Smoke from our unending fires is still blanketing the High Sierra, muting the fall colors, an we are in the mist of a heat wave with no storms in the long range forecast.

Good sleeping weather after the hellish summer we had in my area.

Dry autumn leaves smell wonderful and crunch underfoot with that rustle cats love.

I’m for that!

Love the seasonal colors of Winky’s sweater, and always enjoy the playful kittens. I hope that if the other half of the litter aren climbing one of those trees they know how to back themselves down again.
