I always wonder how many toenails Frazz has sacrificed to the gods of running.

They’re perfectly good for hosing down the dumpster

The same is true of orthotics. My chiropodist pointed out that keeping older orthotics for other pairs of shoes can be counterproductive. The arch support loses some of its integrity and boom, you’re on your way to a 6 month plantar fasciitis recovery.

Surely there are drain holes in the bottoms of dumpsters, otherwise they’d have too much bilgewater in the bottom. Yuck!

For a guy that is supposedly very smart, why is he in the dumpster hosing it, and if it’s totally needed, why isn’t he in boots and water proof suit? But there would be no joke there, right?

I recall once hearing of a small group of college friends trying to decide which of their hobbies was the most expensive, the boat, the audiophilia collection, or the running. They were still going at it when I rolled my eyes and walked away; it seemed that each one was determined to prove that HE was the one who was wasting the most money.

That first panel is so true though. I hope to someday win that challenge.
