even older brothers? specially older brothers

So much for the appliance “crisis”.

After awhile, it all gets old and it just seems like a natural part of life.

The lack of common sense is what leads to many (not all) government mandates

Seriously. Michael deserves a humdinger of a wallop in the noggin.

Michael certainly shows his immaturity in this strip. I’m glad I never had an older brother, just a little brother (8 years my junior) so his silliness was perfectly understandable. :)

Ugh… brothers.

I didn’t have Liz’s problem, but I had a lisp. Had to go to a speech therapist for a while. She was set up right in my school, so I ‘d just go for a few sessions where she ran me through ’s’ ‘z’ and ‘th’ sounds until I could get them right. Now and zen I can thtill thlip ip. I have trouble with words like ‘synthesizer.’

And, although it doesn’t have much to do with the lisp, I can’t manage the phrase ‘edited it.’ I get a few too many ‘dit-dit-dits’ on it.

If you hit yourself in the head with a hammer for long enough, you will miss it when you stop. …suks, I know.

Elizabeth you are great ignoring your annoying brother.

Elizabeth shows great restraint by not smacking her creepy brother in the head with that mirror. Her mom wouldn’t mind if she did that.

Ignoring him is the best strategy. Eventually he will get tired of no reaction and stop.

“This, That, These, Those, There” is an odd test for a person who was having trouble saying “S” and was pronouncing it as “TH”. I would think something like “She sells sea shells by the sea shore.”
