Turkey dry? Only if you eat the white meat. As with chicken, breast meat is dry & flavorless, thigh meat is moist & tasty.
I will never understand the general fixation on white meat, as if it were in some way superior. f I had to eat white meat, I wouldn’t eat poultry (well, maybe duck; the dichotomy isn’t as strong with duck).

Roast them upside down and they come out juicier. My wife read that somewhere years ago and tried it. It does work.
