I go into sleep mode every morning at 3: 00 a.m when I’m at work.

Just resting his eyes.

I have to admit to times when I am less alert at work than I should be, but it is only during times waiting for my computer to bring up a program or while running a report. I figure if my computer is allowed to have down time while working, then by all that is fair and decent in this world, so should I.

My co-worker got fired for that.

If it’s a quick nap (20min or so) it could actually boost his productivity.

Don’t we all. I am impressed though by his ability to keep his head up while he is in sleep mode….
