November is leaf piles!

One November is bad enough.

Hmmm….shouldn’t it be “they’re good” and not “there good” in the third panel?

My Lab is very confused. He watches the other dogs bark and chase the squirrels when all he want to do is lay down and watch them. I put up a feeder in the yard, and now his favorite place is near the feeder. The squirrels have figured out he won’t harm them and they sit on the ground near him. It is soooo cute!!!

There’s nobody that Louie doesn’t like!

For Louie, November means mud puddles and leaf piles. Sometimes both at once!

We need Letterman to tear the “E” from his varsity sweater, changing the “BER” to “BEER”!

Yep. I think our Labs love November more than any other month.

November is iron gray skies, stinging cold rain and time for reflection. Also time for chocolate chip cookies, pot roast, fleece throws and all the black-and-white movies you can find. Oh, and hot chocolate. Have I mentioned here that I LOVE AUTUMN? I really love autumn.

Have I also mentioned lately how MUCH I LOVE THIS STRIP??? Today is another wonderful example why: peaceful, considerate co-existence. What balm to the soul! Thank you, Chip!
