I have a friend who once told me that he fainted at the very sight of blood. Later on, he became diabetic, and had to take his glucose levels regularly, with a pinprick. I asked him about it, and he said that he had had to get over it.

My sister liked to pretend she was a vampire (back 45 years ago – before Twilight), but she lost her street cred when she saw her own blood and fainted. LOL Other people’s blood didn’t bother her, by the way.
