Hey Scott & John, I can certainly empathise with you on how hard it must be to feel anything funny right now. From across the pond, we are hoping that sanity will prevail and you will have a decent, fair and civilised election, regardless of who wins. Wishing you, our American cousins, all the very best. Stay safe and keep your cool.

Indeed, there is nothing funny going on today. This is deadly serious.

    It’ll all be over soon.

Trump’ll lose, throw a tantrum, start a nuclear war, and it’ll all be over.

The chair have no merit, stay silent and is the repository of a sitting person. Nice joke anyway because it is on Rita.

Is it just me, or does Rita’s chair remind anyone else of Emperor Palpatine’s throne?

With all the mail in ballots it probably won’t be until Friday that we are reasonably certain of the outcome.

It has just come to my attention that Sir Sean Connery, the first (and best) James Bond, had passed away on Saturday. Ian Fleming created James Bond, but it was Sean Connery who truly brought him to life.

    May he rest in peace…

The first movie I ever saw Sean Connery in, he was 19 years old (and I learned why he didn’t make a career of musicals). I didn’t see it when it came OUT, just on TV later – I’m not THAT old. LOL I have seen all of his Bond movies of course and then many of his after those. He was one of those men who kept looking good, no matter what age (or is it just as I aged I appreciated the age he was at?)
