I wouldn’t worry about a “look of bewilderment.”

I’d be MORE concerned about that “look of starvation” you’ll BOTH have when you realize there’s no food.

Perhaps the island is just off the coast of Lilliput.

Yes. Why is there a tiny palm tree on a lump of sand in the middle of a puddle?

Just be grateful it’s not a full size palm, if one of those coconuts drop, well…
