Just like people covered in tattoos from head to toe (including their face) with multiple piercings, implanted horns or numerous other body modifications. As a consequence you don’t look normal so don’t expect to easily find employment. On the other hand tattoos in general are acceptable & viewed as the norm. Just don’t overdo it.
Decades ago, I watched a reality show about people getting tattoos removed. The absolute best line from the show was, “It’s very hard to get a job when you have a tattoo of a swastika on your forehead.“ What made it so funny was the guy seemed genuinely surprised by that.
Tattoos and piercings are just bodily mutilation. Makeup isn’t much better. My parents once tried to set me up with friends’ daughter. She was slathered in heavy makeup and covered with jewelry – rings, bracelets. Sort of an Ivanka Trump look. All I saw was “high maintenance” and “what did she actually look like under there?” I thought she was hideous. My wife wears small stud earrings, and rarely makeup – never enough that I can tell she has it on.
