Looks like Dad decided to let him wing it.

It;s hard to “wing it” when you are basically an honest person.

Be fair. He does know the material, he just didn’t memorize it.

Dad miracle = Fail.

Maybe if Miles turns it in tomorrow he can get partial credit?

I once left my homework at school I had to do that evening. In a panic I asked my father to drive me there (over half hour drive), which he did. Only person at the school that time of night was the janitor. This guy was not Frazz; he was a surly, grumpy old guy. Dad knocked on the locked door with a glass window; this guy slowly came to the door and reluctantly let us in. He was not happy about it, but I got my homework.

Now that’s improvising.
