Tarzan had hoped his mammoth entrance would be proof enough. But the locals, being hung over and sleeping late, had missed the entire show. Tarzan realized he was just a dude in a loin cloth claiming he was the Great One.
Steel wonât bite on a demon. So, Viking SOP was to âtestâ potentially hostile strangers with their blades. Kinda like binding up a suspected witch and tossing her into a river to see if she floats. You know, just to be sure. Anyway, itâs looking like it might could be an unpleasant morning for Lord Greystoke. ;-)
Tarzan made a huge mistake by sending wooly Tantor awayâŠ.heâll soon regret that. Heâs looking mighty âchestyâ in panel #3. True âgodsâ can fly and donât bleed either. Tarzan, unfortunately, can do neitherâŠâŠ.
Lord Greystoke has that request well in hand; note his erect stance, his imperious demeanor and his steely, grey-eyed gazeâŠ.or something like thatâŠ
