How come the snowmen the snow goon made suddenly miraculously came to life as well? Did the snow demons give their creation the ability to create his own as well?

Watterson had to have fun drawing this strip.

Calvin had better escape to the warmth and safety of home…but why go for the boring option, eh?

Did a play in college (Lo, these many years ago) called Adam The Creator by Josef Capek. This fella gets disgusted with the way things are going and blows it all up. God hands him the Clay Of Creation and says “Oh, yeah? Let’s see if YOU can do any better”. Hilarity ensues.

Beware. When you avoid your problems they can multiply.

They’re going to need a bigger fort.

I know this is a cliche, but it’s quiet, too quiet.

Are they going to throw snowballs? I’m not liking that plan.

Strength in numbers. Calvin needs reinforcements, STAT.

Looks safer than Fort Leonard Wood or Fort McCoy but maybe not as safe as the infamous Canadian ‘Camp X’.

I’m expecting Calvin to come up with a lot of extension cords, his mom’s hair dryer, and a fan to blow the heat onto the snowman!

Reminds me of Cho’gall the two-headed ogre boss from World of Warcraft.

From “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” to the “grey goo” which takes over the Earth, beware self-replicating systems.

Guess the second head hasn’t gotten the hang of changing its expression.
