What’s that in smoots?

I prefer to measure my snow in squirrels. I need a Dan-to-squirrel conversion chart.

My mom has a picture of our house in Fargo taken from the middle of the street after a snowstorm, you can just see the peak of the roof

Don’t just stand there, Dan, get that shovel! After that long car ride, you need some exercise.

After a few weeks/months of snow in VT the plows could have left 6 to 8 feet of snow on either side of the road. If you have a driveway everytime they pass by you better be out shoveling the drive or you’ll never get out (or in). It quite eerie to drive down those country roads and not be able to see anything but snow on either side. It’s like driving through a tunnel with no top.

Well, at least Dan had plenty of snow to shovel.

Dawn Wells passed away today. Dan would have loved to have shoveled that snow into a statue of her.

I cannot understand why anyone would want to live ‘there’, you know what I mean, Snow and ice and frozen everything.. the corollary is why do people live in places with frequent hurricanes and floods, etc.
