That is a horribly drawn Gertie in the first panel.

Mr. Eyejack has velcro on his fingertips.

Is it only because I’m old or does eyejack look a bit like Smilin’ Jack from the old, old comic strip?

I’m sorry, is this Eyejack guy supposed to be some sort of Aztec?

I’d venture to say that modern day Gertie is mentally sharper than modern day Tess if we judge by their respective (Locher guided) actions over the past few years.

Strange how Tess checks up on Dick’s credit card statements while Gertie “thinks” B.O. is spending their Butter and Egg Money, She also noted that “.. he spent our weeks budget on the slots ..” Now why would B.O. do that if his “basement” was FULL of Jackpot money bags ?? Why spend egg money while the basement is full of cash?

Then, why would the Casino make pay outs in “bags of coins” rather than in checks. This is looking more like “Dwuck Twacy” every day!

Why would a good author have a story with a woman dressed like the Queen of Diamonds in Casinos and then TWO tears later, Casinos with a Knave dressed up as the Jack of Spades?

Here is a man who’s pack has run ot of “creative” ideas to deal out to this readers. And worse, he has run out of Trumps.

I’m tempted to send an e-mail to Locher at Tracy HQ to ask why he had to “repeat” the name “One-Eyd Jack” in a Casino story two years after the one with Queenie.

Why does this man continue to “embarrass” himself and his “reputation” and the Dick Tracy comic strip in such an undignified manner?

Oh! I forgot, he is a “genious” That easily explains everything! It’s a license to to escape “responsibility” for anything. “Absent-minded” Professor style

People in Dick Tracy Land hold cellphones both weird and magically.

Why is the top half of the flip-phone twisted outward like that? Is that a “feature” so that other people can see the screen while you’re using it?

Does Jack related to Queenie? Last time,I checked that Queenie rhrew herself to end up to ship’s smoke pier. that’s I remember. Then Where’s King or Ace get into the action in Dick Tracy’s adventures.

If you people have nothing better to do than complain and nit-pick about the creator of this strip, why don’t you just stop reading it. ‘Nuff said!

If the Author had something better to do that repeat the same sort of thing he did less than two years ago with a Casino “background” and “different” Villains but with the SAME NAMES (One-Eyed Jack), readers may have more “RESPECT” for their efforts.

It seems some people need to get up to “speed” on what has been happening in Dick Tracy before firing Dum-Dum bullets.

I believe most here have a greater “respect” for Dick Tracy than mediocre, copy-cat ideas.

Chuck, if we don’t read the strip, then we can’t appreciate the comments.

If Chucky thinks Locher is the “creator” of the strip then that’s all we really need to know, isn’t it?

Sorry bassmanbob, but I do know who the “original” creator was. I was referring to “this particular strips” creator/author. Why don’t you go back to fishing.
