Reminds me of an old Saturday Night Live sketch where a journalist panel was arguing over whether if Superman took on Jesus who would win. Jesus by the way was referred to by Dostoevsky and others as the God-Man.
God-Man would always be the thinnest comic book on the rack, since every villain would be dispatched, and thus thy day doth be saved (needed some Old Testament-y God-Man language there) on page 1.
It’s interesting that he gave God-man a planet. The Mormons believe each planet has its own god. Our god came from the planet Kolob. They deny this of course, but Mormons are real good about lying about their beliefs.

Then God-Man lifted the other eyebrow and never existed himself.

Then he killed some children for disrespecting their parents. Exodus 21:17.

Was this the first God-Man story in Mystic Fate Comics #1?

So DC had the Blue Beetle and Dark Horse had the Black Beetle, then Tom the Dancing Bug had the Purple Beetle. Crossover, anyone?

God doesn’t care about wars, cancer, children living in poverty, etc. Why would he care about Beetle Man robbing banks.

Not good for building a fan base, if you kill off all your bad guys.

The eternal question remains unanswered: who created God-Man?

The only problem with God-Man is a lack of dramatic tension. Since all of his stories end with deus ex machina.
